Recruiting for the Sustainability Reporting Board
We are seeking two members to join our Sustainability Reporting Board (SRB).
The SRB is a committee of the XRB Board with delegated authority to prepare and issue climate standards and non-binding guidance on other non-financial reporting.
We are specifically looking for candidates to cover the following areas of expertise:
Preparer of financial statements (such as a Chief Financial Officer or equivalent); and/or
An investor user, with experience in using sustainability and climate related disclosures to make or inform investment and/or lending decisions; and/or
Deep knowledge and understanding of te ao and mātauranga Māori, with experience bringing Māori perspectives into governance and reporting contexts.
