Reporting and assurance of service performance information – Roundtable session for Health sector not-for-profit entities

We have issued a consultation paper to confirm our understanding of challenges that Tier 1 and 2 not-for-profit entities, and assurance practitioners and users are experiencing with the reporting and assurance of service performance information.

We are hosting an in-person roundtable forum for Tier 1 and 2 not-for-profit entities within the Health sector.

This hands on and practical session will be an opportunity for entities to:

• Provide your views on this consultation paper, and the questions raised;
• Connect with peers to discuss examples of the types of performance measures which are being reported at present which could be included in your service performance information; and
• Consider the records and documentation which could be maintained to support those measures. 

This is a must attend event for Tier 1 and 2 not-for-profit entities within the Health sector who are finding it challenging to prepare their service performance information, and is an opportunity for open discussions, sharing learnings and seeking solutions.
