Reporting and assurance of service performance information – Roundtable session for funders and users of service performance information

We have issued a consultation paper to confirm our understanding of challenges that Tier 1 and 2 not-for-profit entities, and assurance practitioners and users are experiencing with the reporting and assurance of service performance information.

We are hosting an in-person roundtable forum for funders and users of service performance information.

This hands on and practical session will be an opportunity for entities to:

  • Provide your views on this consultation paper, and the questions raised;
  • Connect with peers to discuss examples of the types of performance measures which are being reported at present and whether these are useful in your decision-making and holding entities accountable. 

This is a must attend event for funders and users of service performance information who are finding it challenging to use entity's service performance information, and is an opportunity for open discussions, sharing learnings and seeking solutions.
