Dawn Bowden

General Manager Corporate Services

Dawn joined the External Reporting Board in September 2022 to lead the team that looks after the corporate functions that keep the organisation running smoothly. She is an experienced senior leader with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors here in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining the XRB, Dawn spent six years with the Ministry for Business, Innovation and Employment where she held a number of roles, including General Manager Financial Control and Head of People Services.

Dawn is passionate about organisations being people-centred while delivering outcomes efficiently and effectively.
